Discovery Call

We start with a conversation to understand your exact business processes, pain points, and goals. Whether you need fulfilment automation, supply chain visibility, or workflow orchestration, we map it out together.
Requirements & Use-Case Mapping

We document your requirements and map them to Miridia capabilities. This helps identify what can be handled out of the box and what might need custom workflow development.
Proposal (If Needed)

If any custom development work is required, such as workflow integrations, custom label templates, data migrations, or platform integrations, we provide a clear proposal with scope and timeline.
Plan Selection & Setup

Choose the plan that fits your requirements. We set up your environment, configure your business structure (including master/sub-business hierarchy for multi-branch operations), and prepare for integration.
Integration & Testing

Connect your eCommerce platforms, accounting software, POS systems, and any other tools. We configure workflows, test data flows, and validate everything works before going live.
Training & Go-Live

Hands-on training for your team, followed by a supported go-live. We stay involved through the transition to make sure everything runs smoothly in production.

Supported Regions

Support for additional countries can be added on request.

VAT, Sales Tax, and other regional tax models are supported with HS Code management for import/export compliance.

Multi-tenant SaaS is the default on the Starter plan. Enterprise customers can opt for self-hosted deployment for data sovereignty requirements.
